Just before I turned 65 yrs old I was suddenly besieged with flyers and calls from different insurance companies regarding Medicare. Ms. Richardson was one of those callers. She left a quick detailed message regarding the purpose of her call and the tone of her voice inspired me to call her back to set an appointment. Just before I turned the age of 65, I began researching my options of getting the Insurance coverage that was just right for me. I wasn’t aware that there were so many options out there prior to meeting Insurance Agent Percival Richardson. I was referred to Percival by a friend who told me that she was an agent who will come to your home, business office or your choice to meeting place to discuss the various Insurance plans with you. So, I decided to take her at her word. Percival superseded all of my expectations by introducing me to all of the plans that was available to me that fitted all of my medical needs. I am a very satisfied customer of Percival and recommend her services to all who are in need of medical coverage.

After retiring in 2007, I was plagued with having to meet my deductible on my medical insurance. Also, I did not have dental or vision because of the cost. After having a conversation with Percival Richardson, I mentioned that I thought it was unfair for senior citizens to have to be worried about having to pay a deductible. That is when Percival went to work for me all the while telling me not to worry because she would find a plan that would fit my needs.  She did just that. I am truly satisfied with my new plan and have shared her information to many of my family members. I should have talked to Percival sooner.

Ms. Percy is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding when it comes to our health insurance (Medical Supplemental Health Insurance). She also signed my husband and myself in an affordable Whole Life Insurance Plan. I am very pleased with our Agent of 4 yrs now. She’s great.

I met Ms. Richardson 3 years ago when she visited with me on a Life Insurance appointment. One year later I reached out to her for help with my healthcare coverage.  Before meeting with Ms. Richardson, I had spoken with several Medicare representatives and never felt comfortable with any of them. I had many unexplained questions. One of the most important ones to me was concerning the Medicare Part B premium that I never knew would be taken out of my Social Security check. She listened to my grievances and took her time and explained the basics of Medicare and how it works. I was grateful for her patience and the care that she showed me. Fortunately, we were able to come up with a plan that not only met my medical needs, I could continue to see all of my original doctors.
